From February till April 2007, IZZI in cooperation with Latvian Investment and Development Agancy and Latvian Academy for Business and Management, in EU co-financed project performed training of staff dealing with customer service.

Project goal - raise competence level of IZZI customer service staff, develop more productive cooperation with customers thus increasing effectiveness of company performance.

During project 42 staff members participated in 64 academic hours long course "Program for improvement of qualification of customer service personnel", during which they learned psychological aspects of customer service, structure of clients' needs, factors defining behaviour of clients, different types of communication and how to get loyalty if customers and to work in collective.

Training consisted of theoretical and practical exercises, group work, video training and modelling of situations.

IZZI staff members recognized that training was very useful experience, which helps in everyday work with customers as well as provided more deep understanding about needs of collective and company.

IZZI plans also in future follow-up to offers of EU funded activities to improve productivity of company and service quality.
