When entering into the contract on subscription for a larger Internet tariff you have to pay neither a penalty for premature termination of the preceding contract nor a connection fee.
How can I create my own IZZI customers free e-mail box? IZZI customers can create and use free of charge 5 e-mail addresses with 50 MB storage each. In order to register the first e-mail address you should send to IZZI a written application (the sample is here), specifying the desired e-mail address and a password. Our Customer Service expert will contact you on creation of e-mail. You will be able to create further e-mail addresses yourself, using IZZI customers e-mail, which can be viewed in the IZZI homepage section I have izzi.
Can I receive and send e-mails from IZZI customers’ boxes using Outlook or other installed e-mail browsers? Yes, IZZI offers for customers’ e-mails the POP3 service. In order to use it you should indicate in Outlook or other e-mail settings the server address: mx.i-izzi.lv (mx.e-teliamtc.lv). How can I activate SMS notification about incoming e-mail? IZZI customers can receive free of charge the notifications about incoming e-mail messages to mobile phone. In order to register SMS notification you should create a mobile e-mail address provided by your mobile connection operator (for example: XXXXXX@sms.lmt.lv orXXXXX@sms.tele2.lv) and activate reception of notifications to this address following the procedure prescribed by the operator of your mobile connection. Afterwards it is necessary to create an “SMS notification” setting in your e-mail in the IZZI homepage section I have izzi, or send to IZZI a written application with a request to create a notification about incoming e-mail messages in your mail box (specify the mail box address) to your mobile phone (specify the mobile e-mail box address).

How can I refuse the service? In order to refuse the service, You should write an application (the sample is here) to IZZI LTD or IZZI COM LTD (with which you have concluded the contract), and send it to us by mail or fax 67031002, in a scanned format to e-mail info@izzi.lv or submit personally at the IZZI Customer Service at 67a Ieriku Street, Riga, also you should deliver the leased modem to the IZZI Customer Service Centre at 67a Ieriku Street, Riga. Upon termination of the contract and settlement of all accounts you won’t receive monthly bills any longer. Terminating the contract prematurely you will have to pay a penalty.
