How can I refuse the service?
In order to refuse the service, You should write an application (the sample is here) to IZZI LTD, and send it to us by mail or fax 67031002, in a scanned format to e-mail info@izzi.lv or submit personally at the IZZI Customer Service at 67a Ieriku Street, Riga, also you should deliver the leased modem to the IZZI Customer Service at 67a Ieriku Street, Riga. Upon termination of the contract and settlement of all accounts you won’t receive monthly bills any longer. Terminating the contract prematurely you will have to pay a penalty.
